Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling
A bathroom fails in the two days nobody photographs — the rough plumbing and the waterproofing. A kitchen fails on a date nobody wrote down — the day the cabinets were supposed to ship. Different rooms, same discipline: get the sequence right and the finishes take care of themselves.

Carpentry & Painting
A paint job fails at the caulk line and the bare spot behind the radiator. A trim job fails at the scribe — the gap where the casing meets a wall that was never straight. Both failures are invisible until you're standing in the room, which is why we run both trades under the same eye.
Around the clock
Water where it shouldn’t be doesn’t wait for Monday.
Burst supply line, a ceiling coming down, storm damage at 2 AM — we answer, we show up, we stabilise it, then we fix it properly.

Straight answer
Two things we don't take on.
We would rather say so here than on the estimate visit. For either of these you want a licensed abatement contractor, and we are glad to point you at one.
